Job Description
We are seeking a Controls Engineer to join our team in a fast-paced automated manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will design, program, and troubleshoot PLC-based control systems and provide technical support to reduce downtime and improve equipment efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or 5+ years of progressive controls/automation experience
  • Minimum 3 years of PLC programming experience
  • Experience programming and troubleshooting Mitsubishi and Keyence PLCs preferred
  • Knowledge of industrial networking and communication protocols
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, technical documents, and mechanical drawings
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with engineering, maintenance, and production teams
