Job Description
We are seeking a hands-on Electrical Distribution Engineer to lead the design, development, and implementation of electrical distribution systems (EDS). The successful candidate will play a key role in accelerating prototype development, improving harness quality, and reducing supplier-related delays.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with wire harness assembly, modification, troubleshooting, and repair
  • Strong fundamentals in: wire sizing and voltage drop analysis, connector and terminal selection, high-speed data systems and shielding techniques
  • Proficiency with industry tools (e.g., Zuken E3, CATIA Electrical, SolidWorks, or similar)
  • Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional engineering environments
  • Familiarity with Tier 1 suppliers and harness manufacturing processes
