Role OverviewAs an Electrical Distribution Project Manager/Team Lead, you will have the opportunity to build and lead your own team of overhead and underground line design professionals while managing distribution line projects in the local region and beyond. You will work side-by-side with industry-recognized engineers and scientists to contribute to reliable, resilient, and sustainable power systems, helping communities thrive and industries expand.
What You Will Do
Your role will encompass managing and leading distribution projects throughout the entire project life cycle, including scope and/or proposal development, project team development and assignment, project execution, project closeout, quality control, schedule, and budget management. You will also work independently and/or direct, mentor, train, and/or supervise one or more Project Engineers, EITs, Designers, CADD Technicians, and administrative staff.
