You'll manage the Education department, nurture your team, and champion their professional growth. You'll partner with instructors to enhance the quality and delivery of our programs, ensure compliance with legal and accreditation standards, and provide guidance to students.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required (bachelor's degree preferred)
- 5 years of prior teaching and/or management experience
- Project Management and strategic thinking abilities
- Excellent communication (verbal & written) and computer proficiency
- Strong people management and leadership capabilities
- Proven time management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
