Job Description
This position is the subject matter expert for all areas of the facility, supervising and coordinating the activities of hourly skilled electrical technicians and salaried automation and controls engineers.
Requirements
Associate degree, trade school or significant experience in a related/similar field
Strong electrical and mechanical skills and ability to work through complex problems
Strong communication and leadership skills – successful supervision in a manufacturing environment
Experience with Allen Bradley Programming, Robotics, and advanced automation
Experience with plant network and communication systems
Experience managing high voltage and low voltage electrical distribution systems
Basic skills with Microsoft Office: Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
