Role OverviewNovelis is seeking an Electrical Engineer to handle all aspects of the Electrical Engineering function, including design, maintenance, construction, and installation of equipment modifications. The ideal candidate will work with various machinery and develop effective solutions to problems arising with plant equipment.

The Electrical Engineer will solve problems related to production needs, optimize equipment utilization, develop practical solutions to repetitive equipment failure problems, and contribute engineering expertise to project work.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent
- 5-10 years of practicing electrical engineering in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with AC and DC motor control, Medium and Low Voltage switchgear, and electrical control systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Leadership skills
- Experience with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
- Working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and machine safety
- Vendor and contractor management experience
