Role OverviewThis position will offer you the opportunity to utilize and expand your academic background in Electrical Engineering in a professional position that offers a wide range of interesting and challenging responsibilities. You will team up with other engineers and designers involved in nuclear plant electrical systems betterment and associated modifications.
What You Will Do
Electrical systems design, preparation of complex calculations, load flow and short circuit, power flow, system impact, cable ampacity, preparation of documented design inputs, preparation of equipment and material specifications, preparation of design reports.

Requirements
- BS or MS in Electrical Engineering with a strong academic background in electrical power concepts/power systems analysis
- An understanding of the practical application of electrical engineering and technology including applying systems, principles, techniques, and procedures to a project design
- Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in the production of technical plans, drawings, and models
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
