Role OverviewElectrical Engineer II responsible for designing and developing industrial based electronic access control products. Duties include creating electronic designs based on theoretical foundations, interaction with mechanical systems, customer or industry specifications, and cost-effective design solutions for hardware, firmware, and software. Participating in the design process from early specification development to production trouble shooting.
What You Will Do
Design and develop control systems and embedded code for microprocessor based electronic products according to product specifications or custom application requirements. Participate in design process from early specification development to production trouble shooting.

The ideal candidate will have a BS in Electrical Engineering, minimum 3 years relevant design experience, and experience in analog and digital electronic design concepts, electronic component selection, circuit design, and PCB layout and firmware development.
Requirements
- BS in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years relevant design experience with electrical/electronics and/or electromechanical products
- Experience in analog and digital electronic design concepts, electronic component selection, circuit design, and PCB layout and firmware development
- Demonstrated experience in electromechanical design and preferably electronic access control technologies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical and self-motivated
