Role OverviewAs an Electrical Engineer specializing in Circuit Card Assemblies (CCAs) and Printed Wiring Boards (PWBs), you'll be at the heart of our product development process. Your designs will become the backbone of systems that must perform without fail—whether in the depths of space, the heat of a jet engine, or the precision of a medical device. You won't just be designing boards—you'll be shaping the performance, reliability, and future of our technology.
What You Will Do
Lead the design and development of CCAs and PWBs from concept through production release. Create detailed schematics, layouts, and documentation using industry-standard CAD tools. Collaborate with mechanical, manufacturing, and test engineers to ensure designs meet performance, manufacturability, and cost targets.
Why It Might Be a Fit
You'll be rewarded with a salary range of $107,000 - $135,000.00 per year, a comprehensive total rewards approach to compensation, and a competitive benefits package designed to support your health, well-being, and professional growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience designing CCAs and PWBs for high-reliability or mission-critical systems
- Proficiency with PCB design tools such as Altium Designer, OrCAD, or Mentor Xpedition
- Strong understanding of signal integrity, grounding, and power distribution best practices
- Experience with design for manufacturability (DFM) and design for testability (DFT)
- Familiarity with IPC-2221/2222 standards and MIL-STD design requirements
Benefits
- Comprehensive total rewards approach to compensation
- Competitive benefits package
- Support for health, well-being, and professional growth
