Job Description
The Boeing Defense, Space & Security organization is seeking an Electrical Engineer to lead Requirements, Verification, and Integration efforts for next-generation AEW&C applications. This position will be 100% onsite in Tukwila, WA and requires a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement and a minimum of 9 years of experience in systems engineering, integration, verification, validation, or test.

Requirements

  • Lead airplane-level and system-level integration of hardware and software for E-7 Avionics Systems.
  • Develop and maintain Concept of Operations (CONOPS), operational documentation, and system use cases.
  • Plan and execute ground and flight test campaigns, including creation of test procedures, readiness reviews, and post-test analysis.
  • Collaborate with avionics, communications, flight controls, and mission systems engineering teams to ensure seamless cross-system integration.
  • Communicate effectively with engineering teams, program management, customers, and leadership through clear technical writing, presentations, and real-time decision-making.
