Role OverviewThe Electrical Engineer Technician supports product verification activities through functional, electrical, and continuity testing of cable harnesses and electro-mechanical assemblies. This role ensures hardware meets engineering requirements, quality standards, and end-user reliability expectations while enabling efficient production flow.
What You Will Do
Perform functional, electrical, and continuity testing on cable harnesses, electronic subassemblies, and electro-mechanical hardware. Interpret and work from engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics, and work instructions to execute test procedures accurately.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 2-5 years of related experience
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, cable harness drawings, and engineering documentation
- Foundational understanding of basic electricity (voltage, current, resistance) and practical aptitude using measurement equipment
- Experience performing continuity, resistance, and functional electrical tests
- Familiarity with hand tools and test tools commonly used for cable harness inspection and verification
- Strong attention to detail, ability to follow instructions precisely, and maintain accuracy in repetitive tasks
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or similar) for recording test results and accessing work instructions
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical faults (opens, shorts, mis-wires, intermittent conditions)
- Ability to work safely with energized assemblies and follow ESD guidelines
- U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain a security clearance
