Role OverviewHDR is an employee-owned firm in the transportation sector. This internship is within the Transportation Business Group, which works on highways, bridges, transit, rail, aviation, and marine infrastructure. The role is for Fall 2026 and is based in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
What You Will Do
You will gain real-world experience on exciting projects, apply standard engineering techniques and procedures, and perform assignments under the direct supervision of a professional or Project Manager. You will also assist in multidisciplinary tasks and coordination.

- Attention to detail
