Job Description
HDR is looking for an Electrical Engineering Leader to join our Building Engineering Services (BES) Business Group in Folsom or Walnut Creek, CA. The Electrical Engineering Leader will provide electrical engineering expertise, supervise, and mentor staff, and be responsible for producing electrical systems design for various markets.

Requirements

  • 10 years of experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field
  • Maintains a professional or engineering registration and has related technical experience
  • Experienced in development and management of diverse teams
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments
  • Good leadership and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency with SKM electrical system modeling software
  • Proficiency with lighting modeling software such a Visual
