Job Description
HDR is looking for an Electrical Engineering Leader to join our Building Engineering Services (BES) Business Group in Folsom or Walnut Creek, CA. The Electrical Engineering Leader will provide electrical engineering expertise, supervise, and mentor staff, and be responsible for producing electrical systems design for various markets. The role will involve managing the Northern California BES electrical team, selecting, training, and developing technical personnel, and leading and coordinating services with other disciplines. The individual should have a Master's degree in electrical engineering, experience with architectural/engineering or engineering consulting firms, and be licensed as a Professional Engineer in California.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field
  • 10 years of experience
  • Committed to quality, improvement and HDR values
  • Maintains a professional or engineering registration and has related technical experience
  • Experienced in development and management of diverse teams
  • Works cooperatively with other area business class leaders, operations managers, technical directors and marketing managers on business class efforts
