Job Description
We are searching for an Electrical Team Lead to lead a team of electrical engineers and designers in St. Louis Park, Minnesota. The team lead will assist the Electrical Business Class Lead with management and culture of the overall business class, provide team leadership with a focus on technical excellence, quality, recruiting, mentoring, and staff development, and collaborate closely with electrical market sector leadership to ensure technical excellence in all key markets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 7 years experience
  • Professional registration, license or certification may be required based on role
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments
