Role OverviewAs Electrical Engineering Team Lead, you will supervise and be responsible for a team of electrical engineers, designers, and/or modelers toward technical training and development, project delivery, and workload management. You will serve as a EOR/technical expert with recognized authority in electrical engineering as it relates to projects, and resolve problems of greater scope and complexity. You will perform, plan, direct, and monitor all electrical aspects of large multidiscipline projects or medium-sized projects with high degree of technical complexity, typically involving a large project staff.
What You Will Do
Your responsibilities will include supervising a team, serving as a technical expert, performing and planning electrical aspects of projects, coordinating staffing and workload, producing and coordinating projects, conducting design development and contract document work sessions, and assisting with administrative responsibility for section staff and technical service functions.
