Role OverviewThe Electrical Field Superintendent - Residential will oversee the day-to-day activities of projects, coordinating with internal and external partners, and ensuring the quality, production, and safety of the single-family residential projects.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include reading plans, supervising installation crews, coordinating work activities, inspecting work, and maintaining knowledge of applicable codes and industry standards.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing
- Minimum of 8 years of installation experience in HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing
- Thorough understanding of HVAC, electrical, or plumbing installation practices, industry standards, and applicable code requirements
- Ability to effectively supervise, coordinate, train, mentor, and develop field personnel, installation crews, subcontractors, and punch mechanics
