Role OverviewThe Field Supervisor is accountable for providing leadership, management, and supervision for electrical projects within the commercial and industrial sectors. This role involves overseeing safe installations, alterations, additions, and repairs of electrical systems, conductors, and associated materials and equipment.
What You Will Do
Manage teams of electricians, complete projects on time, within budget, and in a safe manner. Supervise and direct field personnel, establish performance goals, and motivate crews to meet or exceed goals.

Requirements
- High school graduate, holder of G.E.D., or equivalent studies/experience
