Role OverviewThe Electrical Foreman supervises Apprentices and Journeymen, taking ultimate accountability for project or subset of project. The Electrical Foreman directs the tasks of Journeymen and Apprentice electricians and participates in residential/commercial/industrial/electrical construction and service work.

Works with a commitment to safety, upholds the core values of Encore Electric, and acts as a professional and uses basic work ethics. The Electrical Foreman supervises Foreman, Journeymen, and Apprentices, and participates in process improvement, risk management, and customer service.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Four years of apprenticeship training or three years of apprenticeship training with a two-year degree from technical college
- One year of experience as a leadman and a Journeyman Wireman's license from the State of Colorado
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Completion of Leadership Level I Leadership (Supervision) is preferred
