Role Overview

As the Electrical Foreman, this role supports the Electric division by leading on-site crews, managing job site execution, and serving as the single point of contact for assigned construction projects. This position coordinates labor, materials, subcontractors, safety efforts, and customer expectations while ensuring projects are completed accurately and on schedule. Success means delivering high-quality installations while mentoring team members and driving job site performance.

What You Will Do

Lead field crews and subcontractors on large commercial and industrial electrical projects. Coordinate project materials, deliveries, and crew assignments, and ensure work is completed in compliance with code, contract specs, and schedule. Enforce safety standards, lead daily tailgate meetings, and track job progress, site conditions, and crew hours. Serve as on-site point of contact for inspectors, landowners, subcontractors, and customers.

Requirements

  • Journeyman License with 5+ years of experience in an Electrical Foreman or Project Lead role
  • Strong knowledge of industrial electrical construction or Data Center construction and best practices
  • Ability to manage crews, schedules, and jobsite communication independently
  • Experience interpreting drawings, specs, and installation standards
  • Understanding of budget control, documentation, and quality assurance
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills; team-first mindset
  • Willingness to travel up to 100% regionally with overnight stays as needed
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
