Role OverviewThe Electrical General Foreman will supervise, coordinate, and assign activities of electricians, apprentices, helpers, and temp workers on a data center project site.

Analyze workers, foresee production problems, and recommend solutions; oversee and coordinate the work of the electrical Foreman; interpret blueprints, designs, and specifications; implement and maintain a safe workplace program.

Requirements
- Valid Class A or B license from the State of Iowa
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide units of measure
- Ability to make complex cuts not to waste material, and figure out complex forming systems
- Training and complying with all safety rules, and performing without constant supervision
