Job Description
As an Electrical Installer Journeyman, you will have the opportunity to work with residential electrical clients, build and present options, and showcase your craftsmanship. DEAR Services offers a supportive environment, ongoing training, and incentives for continuing education.

Requirements

  • Valid WA Electrical Journeyman card
  • 3 years of Residential Electrical experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to travel to customer locations as needed
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable communicating with customers in all types of circumstances
  • Positive attitude
  • Comfortable with a variety of residential electrical systems, hand/power tools, and trade knowledge
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Own tools
  • Comfortable operating in small spaces (ex. Crawl spaces and attics)
  • Hard working
  • Reliable
  • Valid WA State driver’s license
  • Pass a background check
