Role OverviewConvergint is seeking a full-time Electrical Installer to join their dynamic team, providing world-class service to customers, colleagues, and communities. The successful candidate will have a passion for growth, accountability, and delivering results.
What You Will Do
The Electrical Installer will install, program, and certify Fire, Security, and/or Building Automation projects, working on small to medium projects with the potential to work on larger projects with greater complexity.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have basic construction skills, understanding of system plans, and mechanical and electrical aptitude. They will be able to read blueprints, design drawings, and perform other duties as requested.
Requirements
- High School/GED or equivalent experience
- Basic construction with some level of electrical or a low voltage background
- Minimum 1-3 years relevant experience
- Experience in 1 or more of the following industries: electronic/electrical, fire alarm & life safety, data-cable installation and/or building automation
