Job Description
The Electrical Journeyman oversees activities on the worksite, planning, organizing, and controlling projects, supervising laborers, and maintaining a safe work environment.

Requirements

  • Coordinate daily tasks according to priorities and plans
  • Delegate individual responsibilities and projects to crew members and contractors
  • Resolve conflicts or miscommunications quickly and amicably
  • Regularly report project status to Project Managers
  • Manage and monitor attendance and work for laborers
  • Keep track of quantities and do job hazard analysis
  • Supervise and train new laborers
  • Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met
  • Travel to and from job sites
  • Ability to kneel, bend, and lift heavy materials
