Job Description
We are seeking an Electrical Lead Engineer to support complex, high-performance environments where uptime, precision, and execution excellence are non-negotiable. As a lead engineer, you will be responsible for leading electrical scope execution across mission-critical or complex construction projects, evaluating and influencing design decisions, and driving M/E coordination across subcontractors, design teams, and field operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Architectural Engineering (or equivalent experience)
  • ~5+ years of experience in construction, M/E engineering, or mission-critical environments
  • Strong ability to read and interpret drawings, specs, and construction documents
  • Experience with: Subcontractor coordination, Shop drawings / submittals, Commissioning and system testing
