Role OverviewThe Electrical Manager will be responsible for providing coordination of planning for contractors, and craft activities on a utility scale solar site. Develop and enhance relationships by providing superior service.
What You Will Do
Ensure the high-quality installation of electrical portions of project; including underground cabling, mod to mod wiring, combiner box terminations, and DC collection system. Provide drawing, constructability, submittal reviews, and feedback with the engineering team.

Must have a minimum of 5 years supervisory experience, proficiency in the installation, testing, acceptance, maintenance, and repair of DC and medium voltage cables, and knowledge of electrical drawings, sketches, and prints.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years supervisory experience
- Proficiency in the installation, testing, acceptance, maintenance, and repair of DC and medium voltage cables
- Knowledgeable about current injection, Hi-pot, capacitance discharge, contact resistance, Megger, TTR, Doble, and other methods of cable and equipment testing
- Current driver’s license
- Detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to manage shifting priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
- Ability to interact with contractors positively and effectively
- Regular, reliable, and predictable performance required
- Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment
