Role OverviewAs an Electrical Mfg. Supervisor, you will direct electrical personnel, ensure adherence to Westinghouse safety standards and processes. Manage resources to ensure that you train, qualify, and schedule the Electrical shop personnel appropriately to support production and facility needs.
What You Will Do
Conduct PFP meetings, address personnel performance issues, approve time and vacation requests, determine training needs, ensure training is assigned, and support physical work.
