Job Description
The Electrical Plan Examination Intern will assist in examining and reviewing design and/or equipment plans for the installation of electrical systems 1,000 kVA and above, or at 600V or greater, under the jurisdiction of the Department of Buildings to note compliance with and violation of NYC Electrical Code (NYCEC) and Construction Code provisions.
Requirements
Matriculation at an accredited college or graduate school
Continuance as a student in a college or graduate school
9 semester credits in an acceptable course of study in information technology, computer science, management information systems, data processing, or closely related field
