Role OverviewThis role offers a hybrid work arrangement, with three days a week in the office and two days remote. You'll work and lead others in a project team environment, designing, modifying, and upgrading power plant electrical systems. You'll review, supervise, and provide technical guidance on design deliverables, work with management to develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules, and oversee staff assignments and evaluations.

This role requires 15 or more years of detailed physical design experience, extensive Microstation and/or AutoCAD design experience, and a thorough understanding of drafting and design practices and theories. Requirements
- Associate's Degree in drafting, or a high school diploma and equivalent technical design experience
- 15 or more years of detailed physical design experience
- Extensive Microstation and/or AutoCAD design experience
- Thorough understanding of drafting and design practices and theories
- Ability to interface and communicate with engineering and design teams of other disciplines
