Role Overview

Perform engineering calculations, layout, and design systems in accordance with established policies, standards, procedures, code, and exercise judgment with minimal supervision. Apply practical knowledge and experience to resolve problems and conflicts related to projects. Make independent decisions for engineering tasks and occasionally supervise subordinate personnel or assist other engineers or designers.

What You Will Do

Perform engineering calculations, layout, and design systems, estimate discipline man-hours, prepare design budgets and schedules, and implement system types. Provide leadership, assign design job functions, and supervise designers. Review engineering designs, perform quality assurance, and mentor and motivate engineering designers.
