Requirements

  • Manage vendor and partner relationships
  • Serve as primary communication hub with customers and stakeholders
  • Manage project scope through change order opportunities
  • Lead project meetings and document action items in Procore
  • Prepare and communicate detailed project status reports
  • Manage scheduling and sequencing of all project activities
  • Develop and issue full WBS and detailed project procedures
  • Manage financial activities, including budgeting and cost forecasting
  • Negotiate and perform full material buy-out and logistics
  • Lead all site quality control efforts
  • Ensure safety compliance and code compliance
  • Assign and oversee team responsibilities
  • Build and maintain a collaborative project culture
