Job Description
The Electrical Project Manager will oversee electrical project management, including project types such as industrial, healthcare, and commercial. The role will involve leadership, team building, and client management. The candidate will also be responsible for setting up a physical storefront and managing daily operations of a preventative maintenance service. The Electrical Project Manager will work with a team to ensure quality management, manpower management, and profit margins are maintained. The candidate will have opportunities for growth and leadership development.

Requirements

  • Ability to effectively coordinate between electrical and other trades
  • 5 years electrical project management or general project management preferred or 8 years electrical field experience
  • Ability to interpret electrical drawings and specifications
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong work ethic
  • Desire to teach assistant project managers and field employees
  • Ability to multi-task responsibilities
  • Computer skills to include MS Word, EXCEL, Project Management platforms such as Procore, and ability to learn new software
  • Journeyman or contractor’s license preferred but not required
