Role OverviewThe Electrical Project Manager will oversee electrical projects within the multi-family construction market from preconstruction through project completion. This individual will bring a strong background in electrical construction, project management, scheduling, budgeting, field coordination, and customer relations.
What You Will Do
Manage electrical construction projects from initial planning through closeout, review project estimates, contracts, drawings, specifications, and scope of work, and develop and maintain project schedules.

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in the electrical industry
- 8+ years of supervisory or leadership experience
- 5+ years of project management experience
- Strong understanding of electrical construction methods, project scheduling, budgeting, labor forecasting, and job cost management
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, specifications, contracts, and other construction documents
- Experience with Bluebeam and project management software
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
