Role Overview

As a QA/QC, you will be responsible for Quality Control on work by crews involved in the installation or repair of electrical systems. The ideal candidates have a TDLR Apprentice / Journeyman license, previous QA/QC experience or a minimum of 8 years in commercial or industrial electrical construction, a solid employment history and demonstrate integrity and reliability.

What You Will Do

Performing Inspections of equipment as well as in-wall, ceiling, underground, and finals. Team with field leadership and the Project Manager on scope of work and installed work. Working with FSG personnel to make sure city and state inspections are successful. Performing Pre-functional Checklists (PFTs) of equipment. Keeping track of observations and punch list items. Monitors work as performed. Oversees the disposition of required office correspondence and administrative paperwork such as official forms, MEG Sheets, torque sheets and third-party reports.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Valid TDLR Apprentice License or Journeyman's
  • Must be able to pass a drug and background screen
