Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Electrical Senior Cost Manager and/or Quantity Surveyor to act as the primary day-to-day client interface on a large-scale, technically complex construction program in the Midwest. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality electrical cost management services across the full project lifecycle, ensuring cost certainty, effective change control, and value optimization.
What You Will Do
Act as the lead cost management interface for electrical construction scopes, develop and present electrical cost plans, estimates, and forecasts, estimate and review electrical change orders, and manage electrical cost checks and valuations.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Electrical Engineering, Cost Management, or a related construction discipline
- Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience in a cost management or quantity surveying role with a strong focus on electrical construction
- Proven experience leading electrical cost management on mission-critical or technically complex construction projects
- Demonstrated deep trade and package-level expertise across major electrical systems and subcontract scopes
- Professional working proficiency in Korean and English
