Job Description
The Senior Project Manager oversees multiple projects, including large-scale and complex scopes, and is accountable for financial performance, schedule, and delivery across the portfolio. The role leads and mentors PMs, APMs, and PEs; manages risk; and serves as the primary point of contact and escalation for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent education and experience in construction management, engineering or related field.
  • 7+ years’ experience in project management and estimating.
  • Commercial general contracting experience, preferably in the data center or mission-critical space.
  • Expert knowledge of estimating practices, construction materials, and cost management.
  • Expert understanding of power distribution, low voltage system components, and general construction requirements.
  • Advanced proficiency in using estimating software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Working knowledge of safety procedures and true believer in safety.
