Job Description
As Service Manager, you’ll oversee daily operations, drive customer satisfaction, and support technicians across electrical service calls, playing a key role in workflow scheduling, team development, and client relationship management.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in electrical service, with supervisory or leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge of commercial/industrial systems, troubleshooting, and repair
  • Ability to manage multiple service calls, customer needs, and technician scheduling
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with field service management software is a plus
