Job Description
FMM is seeking a motivated professional to fill our Traveling Electrical Site Supervisor role to manage a commercial electrical project in New Mexico. The Traveling Electrical Site Supervisor will manage a commercial electrical project in New Mexico, manage other electricians to ensure they properly install, repair, and maintain electrical systems, and conduct regular inspections to make sure that all required supplies, materials, and equipment are available and working as intended. Upon completion of this project (2+ years) is the potential to manage a project in a different area.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent apprenticeship
5+ years of experience in electrical work
Knowledge of safety rules and regulations and learn client and company policy
Proficient in computer, text, and email skills
Proficient in using power tools and electrical testing equipment
Knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
Experience working with high voltage and low voltage systems
Strong understanding of electrical principles and concepts
Ability to build and install electrical systems in commercial and residential settings
Familiarity with reading and interpreting electrical blueprints, schematics, and diagrams
Ability to manage challenges and lead with confidence
Proven leadership and organizational skills
Exceptional communication skills
Ability to pass a Fit for Duty Screening
Ability to pass a drug and alcohol screening
Ability to pass a motor vehicle report screening
