Role OverviewAs an Electrical Superintendent, you'll be the driving force behind the successful execution of all electrical operations on-site. From planning and coordination to hands-on oversight, you’ll ensure every aspect of the electrical discipline is delivered on time, within budget, and to exact specifications. Your role will flex depending on the client and project scale—sometimes leading a small team, other times orchestrating large-scale efforts with broader authority.
What You Will Do
Promote and comply with all Company and safety policies and procedures, manage a combination of two or more Leadmen, Foremen and Superintendent I, and up to 60 or more employees, supervise overall direction, coordination, performance and evaluation of sub-contractors, and maintain a well-organized receiving system.

Requirements
- Five (5) years’ experience/knowledge or combination of experience and education in a supervisory role
- Knowledge of MIC Health and Safety programs and project specific regulations
- Ability to forecast and monitor costs of project
- Understanding of construction methods, scheduling and blueprint reading
- Ability to demonstrate leadership, lead by example, motivate workers and communicate with workers, subordinates and clients
