Job Description
The Electrical Supervisor will lead the Electrical Department, overseeing daily operations and supporting plant-wide goals. Responsibilities include designing and installing electrical systems, supervising motor installation and repair, and ensuring compliance with MSHA and NEC standards.

Requirements

  • Electrical Engineering degree preferred
  • Prior supervisory experience required
  • Journeyman's License / Journeyman Electrician required
  • Strong math skills (probability, geometry, trigonometry; fractions, ratios, percentages)
  • Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and interpret technical instructions
  • Proficient with SAP (requisitions, work orders)
  • Working knowledge of database, design, manufacturing, order-processing, project-management, spreadsheet, and word-processing software
