Role OverviewAs an Electrical Sustaining Engineer, you will serve as the primary technical liaison for resolving production issues affecting power supplies. You will identify and implement engineering solutions for existing designs in response to component obsolescence and evolving technical requirements.

You will analyze legacy designs, provide hands-on support of troubleshooting production hardware, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely issue resolution while maintaining continuous product delivery to customers.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in Electrical Engineering
- 0-2 years applicable engineering experience
- Extensive knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access
- Ability to troubleshoot electronics issues using scientific principles
- Solid experience with specifications for, or failure analysis of high-reliability and/or commercial Electrical/Electronic piece parts
- Power switching techniques, Control systems, Thermal analysis, Component modeling experience
- Experience with electronics laboratory equipment
- Demonstrated ability to resolve complex issues
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Self-motivated in performance of duties with limited supervision
- Familiarity with tools used in managing obsolescence [i.e. Silicon Expert]
- Excellent interpersonal skills
