Role OverviewAs Electrical Team Lead, you'll provide leadership for the Illinois/Indiana Building Engineering Services electrical engineering team, focusing on technical excellence, quality, recruiting, and staff development. You'll identify and collaborate with market sector leadership to ensure technical excellence in key markets, engage with clients and community stakeholders, and promote HDR and our Electrical Engineering practice within the engineering and architecture community.

Requirements
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering with Electrical emphasis
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 7 years experience
- Professional registration, license or certification may be required based on role
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Ability to handle multiple assignments
