Role OverviewHDR's Building Engineering Services Group designs critical infrastructure for data centers and commercial environments. As Electrical Team Lead, you will supervise a team of up to 8 electrical engineers, EITs, coordinators, and designers, and collaborate with other discipline Team Leads and the Area Business Class Lead. This role is based in Denver, Colorado.
What You Will Do
Assist the Electrical Area Business Class Lead with management and culture of the overall business class. Provide team leadership focusing on technical excellence, quality, recruiting, mentoring, and staff development. Function as design lead or engineering project manager for key projects. Assist in ensuring all work is planned, organized, controlled, and coordinated with Project Managers.
