Role OverviewAs an Electrical Technician at Capgemini Engineering, you will be responsible for installing electrical subsystems on small robots and other ground-based vehicles, coordinating installations under the direction of other electrical and mechanical engineers, and performing routine installation and maintenance duties.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include assembling and testing experimental wiring harnesses, electronic modules, and other electrical equipment and components, modifying electrical prototypes to correct functional deviations, and diagnosing cause electrical or mechanical malfunctions or failures of operational equipment.

This role requires a strong foundation in electronics, electrical circuitry, and engineering mathematics, as well as experience with electronic test equipment, CAD/Circuit design, and hand tools. Requirements
- Associate or certificate program in Electrical Tech or related field
- 5+ years' experience with electronic test equipment
- Experience with CAD/Circuit design
- Proficient at building and testing harnesses according to IPC/WHMA-A-620
- Knowledge of electronics wire routings
- Basic mechanical assembly knowledge
- Experience using hand tools
