Job Description
RFA Engineering is seeking an Electrical Test Engineer to support the development of advanced data acquisition and electrical test systems. The selected candidate will work with an experienced engineering staff using state-of-the-art engineering tools & processes.

Requirements

  • Build, wire, troubleshoot, and support electrical data acquisition and test systems
  • Interpret electrical schematics and translate designs into complete wiring harnesses and test assemblies
  • Perform hands-on electrical work including wiring, soldering, multimeter usage, and mechanical assembly
  • Support testing activities in a laboratory environment for product validation and development programs
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to support product quality, reliability, and testing objectives
  • Assist with setup, maintenance, and continuous improvement of testing equipment and processes
  • Participate in daily team collaboration and training activities
  • Progressively take ownership of larger engineering projects and assignments
