Role OverviewAs an Electrical Tester I, you will perform repetitive electrical testing preparation and testing tasks of basic complexity. You will visually inspect product prior to testing to detect conformance to standards, inspect testing equipment and test booth/cage for proper operation, and prepare product for test by safely making the connections required for test being performed.
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include visually inspecting product prior to testing, inspecting testing equipment and test booth/cage, preparing product for test, separating non-conforming parts, documenting actions, maintaining a safe and clean working environment, and conserving resources.
Why It Might Be a Fit
We are looking for someone who has a High School diploma, GED or combination of work experience and skill development, ideally with 0-1 year experience working in a manufacturing environment. You should be able to safely use small hand and power tools, read and interpret Drawings and Bills of Material, and have basic computer skills.
