Job Description
The Electronic Trades Supervisor is responsible for leading and overseeing a team of electronic technicians in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems, control circuits, motors, and automation equipment.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance, automation, or controls.
Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
Strong working knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, and industrial automation systems.
Experience troubleshooting complex electrical and control systems in a manufacturing environment.
Understanding of electrical codes, safety regulations, and preventative maintenance practices.
Ability to work independently and lead within a cross-functional team environment.
