Job Description
We are looking for an Electrician 2 to work at the Ohio Reformatory for Women. The job involves installing, testing, and maintaining electrical wiring systems, fixtures, controls, and equipment. The ideal candidate will have 18 months of training or experience in electrical work, a strong understanding of electrical safety, and the ability to work effectively in a correctional environment.

Requirements

  • Thorough knowledge of the electrician trade
  • 18 months of training or experience in electrical work under supervision of an experienced electrician
  • Formal education in arithmetic and reading and writing common English vocabulary
  • Ability to work effectively in a correctional environment
