Job Description
The New York City Department of Sanitation (DSNY) seeks an Electrician (Automobile) to perform maintenance and repair tasks on equipment, vehicles, and facilities.

Requirements

  • Five years of satisfactory full-time experience as an automotive electrician or aviation electrician
  • At least three years of experience as an automotive electrician or aviation electrician, plus sufficient training in automotive electrical and electronic systems
  • Approved full-time trade or vocational high school training in automotive electrical and electronic systems
  • Driver License Requirement: motor vehicle driver license valid in the State of New York
