Job Description
We are looking for an Electrician, Building Maintenance to perform diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, apparatus, and equipment. The role involves working on AC/DC voltage related systems, performing electrical and instrumentation maintenance, and using a maintenance reporting system to record time and material use. The job requires 1-3+ years of relevant commercial electrical experience, proficiency in Low, Medium, and High Voltage Electrical Systems, and knowledge of safety standards and procedures.

Requirements

  • 1-3+ years of relevant professional commercial electrical experience
  • Fire License a plus
  • Proficiency of Low, Medium and High Voltage Electrical System
  • Comprehension of basic principles of electricity, related terminology and materials used
  • Ability to read volt-ohm-amp testers
  • Knowledge to safely and effectively use maintenance tools and equipment
  • Aptitude to read, interpret and utilize manuals and schematics while following written procedures and verbal instructions
  • Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced, structured environment
  • Basic computer skills in the Microsoft suite of products (Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams, Project), Outlook and general software navigation
